The community is a 24 hour gated and guarded community. Come meet other active 55+ residents. Whether you're from Minnesota, North Dakota, Manitoba, British Columbia or Illinois (or any other state or province), you'll find many friends from home. There is a heated shared pool and hot tub nearby. This condo is located on a quiet limited access street.
We have upgraded furniture, with a complete built-in office in the second bedroom that includes a fold up Murphy queen sized bed. The master bedroom features patio access with a security door to enjoy the cool evening air. It also includes a private master bath and generous walk-in closet.
The condo includes upgraded appliances, full kitchen cooking and serving utensils, just like you have at home. We have separate breakfast nook and dining room with linens and other serving pieces to entertain.
We also provide a variety of reading materials, puzzles and board games.

Reviews
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We felt right at home! It is nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable! We were impressed with the custom drapes and the nice little library in the spare room. Also, the Murphy bed is really a great idea for the spare bedroom! We had everything that we needed. All we brought with us were spices for cooking and too many clothes. Fountain of the Sun is a wonderful setting and we enjoyed walking the lovely streets with all the citrus trees. A large shopping center was only 10 mins. away and there are lots of good places to eat and shop. We would highly recommend this condo to everyone and anyone! Jennifer, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely place. It is very spacious and very well equipped, and the double carport was a nice bonus. Fountain of the Sun is a beautiful neighborhood. The small pool is really convenient and the large pool is very nice. We found LOTS of great golfing nearby and my husband went on many great motorcycle rides. Thanks for a great vacation! Recommended for: Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+.
I have mobility problems and I found this single story condo to be very comfortable. The condo is beautiful and the location is so close to great shopping and restaurants. The owners are really friendly and are nice people to deal with. We stayed during the warmer summer time and the covered parking right by the front door was a nice feature. I liked having a full size washer and dryer instead of a stack unit. The bedrooms are very large, especially the master. Would love to come back to this condo. Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Sightseeing, Age 55+.
