This house is located in the suburb of Stobrec, which is very near Split. The house is ideal for those who want to stay relatively quiet, but want to spend close to a tourist destination their holiday.

The ground floor offers air-conditioned living and dining area with kitchenette, the center of the house. A comfortable sitting area, large dining table, TV with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine) must be missing here. In addition, two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on this floor. On the upper floor the remaining three bedrooms are waiting for you. All have access to the balcony with sea views. A bathroom completes this floor.
The terrace (50m²) away from the living area. While you enjoy your breakfast there, overlooking the sea. A Mediterranean garden surrounds the fenced property. In this enough seating options are available; just waiting for a barbecue to be used on it.
