Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, payments already made will be refunded as follows:

50% of total rental amount if cancelled no later than 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.

100% of the total rental amount if cancelled greater than 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.

House Rules

Full house rule will be listed in the rental agreement. Here's a summary...

Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed.

People other than those guests indicated on the reservation may not stay overnight in the Property.
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.

Pets are NOT allowed. This is a condo association rule, so no exceptions can be made.

Parking in the Property’s parking lot is limited to 1 vehicle. Vehicle is to be parked in designated parking spaces only. Spaces are not assigned and are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

The fireplace is a wood-burning fireplace. If you use the fireplace, you are expected to know how to safely and properly use a fireplace (open the flue before lighting a fire, close it after the fire is out). DO NOT LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED. Ensure that all flames and embers have completely extinguished before going to bed or leaving the Property. Finally, you must empty the fireplace after use. If the cleaners have to spend a lot of extra time on the fireplace, you will be charged extra for their time, a minimum of $100.

Weather: If there is a storm or other weather event, no refunds will be given unless:

The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in the area which the Property is located.

The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in the area in which the Property is located, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a Guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the evacuation order is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation period.

Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Although roads and driveways are well maintained, we highly recommend four wheel drive and snow tires or chains during the winter months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
