By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in the order that you received it.
Please keep shoes off of the furniture.
7. It is essential that all outdoor entertainment and loud noise stop by
10:00 PM out of respect for the neighbors.
Should you want to plan an event please let us know ahead of time and an additional fee will be added at owners discretion along with additional cleaning fee.
8. Pets are NOT allowed.
If we find that a pet was on the premises the deposit is hereby forfeited.
9. Parking:
PARKING – Parking is limited to four (4) vehicle(s) (A Vehicle is defined as a car, SUV or similar type of vehicle.
10. Any soiled dishes should be put in the dishwasher prior to your exit.
