The apartment is on the ground floor level with only 2 small steps at the entrance. There is a pleasant backyard with your choice of seating areas to view the Lubec Sparkplug, the international bridge, and the Lubec Channel.
If you are an artist, you can use one of the bedrooms upstairs as a temporary studio space. We encourage long term summer rentals and offer nightly(3 night minimum), weekly, and monthly rates. Consider this lodging if you are a SummerKeys music student or SummerBrushes painting student! We love the area and are happy to share our knowledge and experience with you.

We are artists and operate Friar's Bay Studio Gallery on Campobello Island and the Artists Retreat Studio Gallery in Lubec. We live in the Sedona, AZ area in the winter so we enjoy year round great weather for plein air painting. We also offer plein air painting workshops through SummerBrushes and Paint Campobello.

We have wonderful cliffside chairs in the back yard from which you can see the International Bridge and the Grand Manan Channel and the Lubec Sparkplug. The house is a traditional cape from the 1860's with a very nice floor plan. Enjoy a relaxing vacation without stress and traffic lights.
