Why This Property?
We bought the house because it offered the possibility to build a roof top terrace, which is a rare find in Venice. The house's superbe location in Venice Castello close to the Arsenale and the Biennale gardens makes it even more attractive. The Lido beaches are only 3 boat stops away.
Unique Benefits
Ca'Leochi is a venetian town house with a private entrance (no common parts to share with) in a typical building constructed in the 17th century for the "Arsenalotti", workers of the famous Arsenale ship yard. It is on the 2nd floor and therefore free of high water flooding. The 10 sq. wooden "Altana" roof top terrace is directly accessible from the apartment!
