This 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom house is a short walk to the Bay Beaches (4 VERY SHORT blocks - 8 houses away!). Pets are welcome at the bay beach year round. The North Cape May Community Pool is only 5 short blocks away (opens mid June, closes Saturday before Labor Day).

This 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom house is a short walk to the Bay Beaches (4 VERY SHORT blocks - 8 houses away!). Pets are welcome at the bay beach year round. The North Cape May Community Pool is only 5 short blocks away (opens mid June, closes Saturday before Labor Day).
HOUSE FEATURES:
8 FULL ROOMS! The house has air conditioning (new 2013), plenty of parking (3-4 car driveway plus free street parking), a large fenced yard, and is a very short walk to the beach and pool.
FAMILY ROOM:
New couch and love seat (2013). New window treatments (2013) on all 5 windows. Door with access to fully fenced back yard. Giant 50' HDTV with BluRay and DVD with wifi. WiFi included. BluRay DVD player allows access to Netflix and other internet services. The dining area features a large table with super comfy padded seating for 8. Great for family meals or playing games!
KITCHEN:
Fully remodeled (2012) with new cabinets, floors, and countertops. All appliances are new from 2013 (dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.). An assortment of K cups is included for use with the Keurig coffee maker. Includes cookware, dishes and utensils.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
Brand new (2015) LARGE washer and dryer! Detergents and supplies included!
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a sofa bed and two additional (new 2013) chairs. New window treatments (2013) on all 4 windows.
BATHROOM:
Remodeled (2012) with new full sized shower, vanity, and tile floor.
BEDROOM 1:
New (2013) queen bed with plenty of furniture for storage and a large walk-in closet. Large HDTV with BluRay and DVD. BluRay DVD player allows access to Netflix and other internet services. New window treatments (2013) on all 3 windows.

Linens are NOT included. You will need sheets and comforters for 2 queen beds and one double bed (and sofa bed if needed). You will also need pillows and towels/washcloths. There is no cleaning fee, but the house should be reasonably clean upon checkout (i.e. dishes washed and returned, major stains/spills cleaned, trash taken outside, etc.).
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DOG OWNERS:
All dogs must be 'well traveled' and accustomed to staying in new and different locations. If this would be the first time your dogs have stayed away from home, please do not book my property. Almost all dogs under 50 pounds are welcomed. Some dogs over 50 pounds are also accepted, but please be sure to mention the specific breed or mix when you send an inquiry. My insurance policy will not allow some breeds and mixes. There is a nonrefundable fee of $100 per dog.
All Weeks are Saturday to Saturday unless specified.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 8 PEOPLE
All prices include up to TWO adults and dependent children OR FOUR adults with NO children. An additional $200 weekly fee is added for groups that do not meet this criteria. Under no circumstances shall any guest occupy the property that is not listed on the rental agreement (per my insurance policy). Violations of this policy or of the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

We have rented from Jeff several times in the past, and have always enjoyed our stays! This house is so spacious, clean and bright. The bedrooms were perfect size, very comfortable mattresses, and plenty of storage space for your clothing. Everyone had plenty of room to relax, prepare meals and snacks, and just enjoy each others company. The completely fenced-in backyard is very relaxing, with a very pretty tree to shade you and your doggy from too much sun, and plenty of room for our furry kid to run around and explore safely. Harpoon Henry's was just a mile away, where we had a great dinner and drinks, listening to Jimmy Buffett songs covered by one of their entertainers. Also, Five West Pub is another great place where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. We love the short walk to the bay beach, and the quiet neighborhood. And Historic Cape May is just a 10-minute drive away! Can't wait to come back!
We were here for 3 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it. The house and yard were perfect and made us feel at home. The house was clean and everything worked. The neighbors were friendly too. They didn't seem to mind that our dogs did a lot of barking. The location of this house is excellent, everything is just a short drive away. Hearing the ferry horn in the distance was a nice gentle reminder that we were at the shore. Looking forward to our next visit.
Much more room than expected from the pictures. Very clean and our dogs loved the huge fenced in backyard. Everyone had a wonderful time and the interaction with Jeff was very easy! Thank you for a great vacation!
The house is just 4 blocks from the beach and is Dog Friendly. What went into my five star review: Clean house upon arrival, photos were spot on, Jeff the owner of the home was fantastic throughout the whole process, Prompt return of deposit. Location, location, location. Restaurants: H&H Seafood with all you can eat crabs was great. They have take-out so that was perfect. Lobster House of course. Activities: Sat on beach a lot with the dog, Ghost Tour down in Cape May was fun, Cape May Winery Tour was great. Highly Recommend to friends, family and anyone looking for a top notch place to stay in Cape May.
