This Adults Only condo is beachfront, steps from the beach. There are few condos on Tybee with this view and the price is affordable for most. Unobstructed Top Floor View! Tybee View was renovated in January 2015.
If you are looking for a place to unwind or spend some quality time with your lover, this is it. You may spend most of your time on the balcony because the view is awesome and there is so much to see from your 3rd floor perch. Dining on the balcony offers the best intimate dining experience on the island. Buy some local shrimp, cook and eat it here. Drink in the view and save it on your hard drive. You will find it difficult to leave this Island Paradise.
The condo is located in a gated community in a quiet residential area on the north side of the island. The complex has 2 swimming pools. There are also 3 tennis counts. If you like to walk, it just doesn’t get any better than walking from this North Beach location to the Tybee Pier and back. I suggest you leave the condo after breakfast (take camera, bag for shells & some $$) and walk the beach downtown for lunch. The return trip via town is a good option for shopping along the way.
You will finds games, DVD's and books for rainy day entertainment. Bring your I-pod or MP-3 player, there are docking stations to play your music.
Packing List:
Swimming suit, flip-flops, sunscreen, toiletries, favorite beverage, EZ to prepare food and snacks, camera and a roll of quarters to plug the parking meters on Tybee Island. Condo parking is free.

Unique Benefits
Location on North Beach, where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Watch the ships come in and out of the shipping channel while watching the dolphins play in the water and people play on the beach. There is always something to see and enjoy from the comfort of a covered balcony. It's awesome!
