Deposit Requirements
$300 refundable security deposit required for all stays by first time guests 25 years and older. Guests between the ages of 18-24 require $500 refundable security deposit.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
$100 Cancellation Fee on all reservations cancelled with at least 30 days notice. Under 30 days, no refund is available.

We regularly use this unit as our family's vacation home. We decorated and finished it in our top-of-the-line tastes with hand made custom beach themed furniture and original works of art. We invite guests to enjoy our place if you are looking for a relaxing yet beautiful space, this is it.

Great condo with all the comforts of home

Loved the view of the beach and sunsets were amazing . Condo was very clean and well organized with all the comforts of home and more ! This was the my first time using Home Escape and was pleasantly surprised how smoothly the whole process was from the quick responses from the owner about questions . Condo was well kept and maintained and equipped with everything possible , beds were extremely comfortable . Building was easy to get around and well maintained as well with friendly staff . I was there off season which was perfect for a relaxing time of beach walking and regrouping !

Perfect in every way.

Perfectly appointed, clean, excellent view, spacious, and pretty much perfect. Loved the location. Very easy beach access and a quick walk to shopping or restaurants. I went for The Ironman race. I crossed the finish line and was back to the condo in less than 5 minute walk. Laundry in the unit was very handy. Beds were very comfortable. The unit is very well maintained. We will be back.

Anniversary Getaway!

We highly recommend this unit for anyone traveling to Panama City Beach. From start to finish, the owners were exceptional to work with and responded within minutes to emails! The beach themed decor is lovely with a lot of attention paid to detail. The appliances are first rate, dishes and glassware are plentiful. And did I mention the view??? Perfect! We had no rain and beautiful sunsets each night! A beautiful condo......
