Waterpointe 1 is located in the quiet family friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, grilling area with picnic tables and two sundecks. The spacious lobby is equipped with sitting areas, tables, chairs, and television. We are less than a mile from Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Bi-lo grocery store. Only 2 miles from Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall and so much more!!!

In this area there are many resorts and complexes to choose from. There are gigantic complexes with 14 pools and hundreds of units.
We selected this complex based on size, atmosphere and amenities. A small, quiet complex with only 63 units featuring both indoor and outdoor pools.
