(with a small seat in the corner) two living areas. a kitchen with everything you could need for your stay. seating for 12 between the two rooms and seating for dining for 10. out side we have a very large lanai with 2 tables and chairs for 8 plus 6 sunbeds. The pool has its own jacuzzi and can be heated for an extra charge. all the rooms have air-conditioning with the benefit of ceiling fans. licence number DWE 6311182 There are also 2 pack and play cots and 2 high chairs

I have a few rental properties in the UK and fancied one in Florida so my children/grandchildren had a nice place to stay while visiting the parks. We went for a 5 bedroom villas so it would accommodate families with either friends or grandparents visiting with them.
Why This Property?
We picked this property as wanted a two storey villa. we also wanted a corner plot which is not overlooked by lots of other cages. also the lake / water view was a must. We are on an un gated subdivision of Sandy Ridge. which has its own security which continuously patrol the area. we have a small childrens play park just a short walk from us.
