Fall brings the majesty of natures's paintbrush upon the mountains. Winter provides family skiing, tubing and white caps upon the mountains. Spring produces new growth, melting snows enhance the bountiful streams and waterfallls. Summer is a time of cooler temperatures for outside activities including the renowned Folkmoot. Throughout the year enjoy elk watching at Cataloochee National Park, hiking, the Blue Ridge Parkway, golfing, tennis, horseback riding and countless other activities .Lake Junaluska, 5 miles away, provides an exceptional and picturesque walk around the lake that is handicap friendly. Excellent Christian speakers and concerts are available during the year-check their website.A short drive to Asheville and you can enjoy the Biltmore House.
Our cabin is tastefully decorated in log cabin style making for a cozy retreat. Snuggle in front of the gas log fireplaces with hot chocolate on cool nights. Enjoy relaxing in the front porch rockers, Breathe clean Mountain air while cooking steaks on the gas grill and enjoy God's creation. Or visit a variety of wonderful restaurants available locally.
Note the parking pad holds three vehicles, or two vehicles and a trailer no longer than a total of 20 feet. Arrangements must be made in advance if you have additional parking needs.

This cabin is beautiful! The pictures do not come close to capturing the quality and details of this property. The views are wonderful! Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. So relaxing and a great location!
We rented this cabin along with Cliffside for our family! Once again it was the perfect vacation! We had a total of 13 between the 2 cabins and had an amazing time. The cabins were spotless and Bill was even the perfect photographer for our family photo! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful mountain cabins with us. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mountain’s Peek, Maggie Valley. The cabin and all appliances were clean, well furnished, and the décor was top notched. The cabin had a rustic feel with a warm cozy atmosphere, and the mountain-view from the back deck was so majestic. Our experience was that of peacefulness reflections and rejuvenation. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone seeking a get-away from the hustles and bustles of life.
Mountain Peeks is the best cabin we have ever rented in Maggie Valley! The cabin was so clean and comfy. We spent a long weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect, access was easy and the view is amazing........so perfect we reserved it along with Cliffside Elk cabin for our fall visit that will include the entire family! Bill and Nancy are the perfect host and hostess! They really know how to spoil.....music was playing when we checked in and they were available for anything needed! Can't say enough about this piece of paradise in Maggie Valley! My husband and I traveled to Maggie Valley with my parents to celebrate our 26th anniversary. We had never been to this area before but have vacationed in other areas of the North Carolina mountains. We were helping a friend of mine move to Lake Junaluska which is why we chose Maggie Valley. The beautiful views of the mountains from the deck of this wonderful home were breathtaking! This rental has all of the comforts of home plus more! The property manager was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the charming town of Waynesville in addition to the beauty of Lake Junaluska. Our favorite restaurants were The Sweet Onion and The Patio in Waynesville and J. Arthurs in Maggie Valley. We enjoyed traveling on the Blue Ridge Parkway to enjoy the beauty of God's creation. We also appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog with us who thoroughly enjoyed her time as well. There was plenty of grass in the yard to make it easy to care for her which was a big plus since other cabins we have stayed in have been on the side of a mountain with very little area to walk a dog. We highly recommend this vacation rental and we hope to return again in the near future. There is plenty of space for a large family since there is an entire finished area downstairs that we didn't even use while we were there. Also, this area had multiple options of outdoor activities nearby. The weather was beautiful. It was a wonderful escape from the much warmer weather just a few hours away.
