Quinn Villa is one of a few of the New Premium Plus Range homes at Regal Palms! It is situated in an exclusive area of the Resort and has the very best upgraded specification. Perfect location as our home is not over looked. Quinn Villa is an executive 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Home fully air conditioned and is beautifully furnished throughout. Upgrades include wooden flooring throughout downstairs and the staircase, granite worktops in the kitchen and classy wooden window shutters throughout. Quinn Villa is very spacious and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Our home consists of 4 Bedrooms - One King Size Bedroom with ensuite - two Double Bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a Twin Bedroom with two single Beds. All Bedrooms have the added benefit of Plasma TV's with Full Cable package. Our home offers a superbly equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, blender, coffee maker, oven and hob and surrounded by Granite worktops. Our dining area and living room are again decorated to a high standard and include a flat screen TV, Hi fi System, DVD Player and games console/DVD Player. Our home is also equipped with free access to Wi-Fi and digital cable TV with over 100 Channels. We also have a Laundry room where you will find a Washing Machine and Tumble dryer. Fully air conditioned throughout. Ceiling fans in the Living area room and Master Bedroom with an additional three standing fans in the house. Wheelchair accessible to one of the Double Bedrooms with en suite which is downstairs.
For those of you who have babies you will find a high chair, travel cot, sterilising unit and bottle warmer within our home for your use.
Basically all you need to bring is yourself, your family and your clothes everything else is here waiting for your dream Florida holiday to begin!

Regal Palms Report & Spa is Located in Davenport , Orlando just a 25 minute drive to Disney's Magic Kingdom and surrounding attractions and within a 30 minute drive to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Aquatica. It is within 20 minutes from the newly opened Legoland.
Regal Palms is a private Gated resort which can only be entered via the use of electronic key cards, all facilities on Regal Palms are solely for residents use only.
Regal Palms offers excellent facilities for the 'down time' between all your 'park hopping' boasting a 2 acre Waterpark (opening times 8am-11pm) consisting of two large tropical pools, lazy river & waterslide surrounded by sunbeds to relax and top up your tan whilst enjoying a drink from the poolside Tiki bar. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and those in between snacks! Alternatively you can take a dip in the bubbly hot tub. Dive in Movie nights are held once a week. There is also a children's play area, Gym, Spa gift shop & volleyball court. Within a 5 minute walk from the Complex you will find the Highland Reserve Golf Club. When you arrive at the Check in at Regal Palms and pay your resort fee you will be give a band for entrance into the Pool area.
A Publix supermarket, bank and chemist are within walking distance from the resort. A Wal-Mart Superstore is located less than 5 miles away from the resort.
Additionally, a multitude of restaurants including, Applebees, Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Denny's, Cracker Barrel, Italian and Japanese restaurants are all a very short drive away.
Just an hour away from our home you will be able to visit the beautiful Florida Coast.
Resort Fees are commonplace throughout the lodging and vacation rental industry. Here at Regal Palms the Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $12.95 per day plus tax applies to all bookings. Fee includes the following: 24 Hour Check-In, Secured Resort Access, Parking, Local and Domestic Long Distance Phone Calls (including Puerto Rico and Canada), Use of Indoor Playground at Banana Jack's, 25 Game Tokens to Banana Jack's, Internet Access in Business Center, Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse area, Health Club (Fitness Center), Children's Playground and Swimming Pavilion along with Pool Towels, Regularly Scheduled Activities, Sand Volleyball Court.

On receipt, banking and clearance of your parties final payment we will send out your final receipt. We prefer payment by bank cheque or internet banking transfer in either UK£ or US$.
We can also take payments via PayPal (4% surcharge) as detailed on our Pricing and Availability section.
If the Guest wishes to cancel the booking he should advise the Quinn Villas immediately by telephone followed by confirmatory email. Quinn Villas shall be entitled to retain all payments already made (except the Security Deposit) and to recover, if not already paid, the balance of the hiring charge as follows:

Our whole stay was 100% perfect, we will be booking again! As soon as we entered the house we knew we were going to have a wonderful vacation. The house was so clean, plenty of towels and bedding. We felt totally at home. Communication with the owners from our initial enquiry to returning home was first class. Without a doubt we recommend this home!

The property was amazing,the pool was so much fun,I stayed in the lady river for hours!! And the slide had my grands so excited,they stayed there the most!! Staff was super helpful and friendly,I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends!!
