The beauty of Shipyard is unsurpassed and offers a variety of property types - homes, condos and townhouses. The tranquility of Shipyard makes it one of the Island's best vacation areas.
Having vacationed here for decades, in early 2019, we decided to get serious about finding our dream vacation property. Ideally, we wanted a townhouse with nice upgrades, quiet, close to the beach, great views, and near the events and leisure activities that HHI has to offer. After much searching, we snatched the 902 Shipmaster listing that had only been on the market for one week. We knew it was right property for us!
We love to cycle. Within Shipyard alone, there are 12 miles of bike paths. The Shipyard private beach access is only a 10 minute bike with plenty of bike parking. Riding on the beach at low tide is our favorite! We highly recommend renting bikes during your stay! It's affordable and most bike rental companies deliver and pick up for free! Additionally, there are 60 miles of bike paths on the entire island. It's a great way to explore the island! In fact, HHI has earned a Gold Level Biking Community by the American Cyclist.
Our townhouse is our home away from home, and we are constantly making improvements, some little and some big. Just recently, we did a big improvement. We had all the popcorn removed; the entire villa painted; Luxury Vinyl Planks installed both upstairs and downstairs; custom window treatments installed; and new living room furniture purchased.
We thank you for choosing our villa! Our goal is for every guest to have a 5-star experience! We will go out of our way to ensure that you have a memorable stay!
