3. Liability: This unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Furnishings: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Appliances: Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed
7. Parking - 3 Cars Maximum

The failures of operation of certain amenities, such as large screen TVs, cable, games or the Internet and Wi-FI service are not a basis for any refund. Owner will make every effort to have these items repaired but does not guarantee that they will be repaired during guest occupancy. When you arrive if you find the home is damaged or not cleaned to normal standards, please notify the homeowner immediately.

The minute we stepped out of the car, and saw our home for the first time, We were sold!! The north end of Topsail is so peaceful, We stepped on the deck and the view of the sound was so exciting! The sea breeze and scent of the ocean was perfect! Even though the house was gutted at the time, we all knew what it was going to become, Our dream!

Throw your catch on the grill at Day Dreamer! Take the bicycle built for two, and ride right down the street, behind the firehouse to watch the most beautiful sunsets! So much to do! We have many books in the comfy loft upstairs, get lost in one of them! We even have yard games to play! Something for everyone at Day Dreamer!
