This large, industrial studio warehouse apartment is the perfect way to add a unique living element to your Valley of the Sun vacation experience! The warehouse features a spacious and open 700sqft floor plan with 12-foot ceilings, and it creates a very modern, urban and amazingly laid back vibe—that is further accentuated by various custom fabricated decorations including a rustic, old school dirt bike, a pallet bed frame, high top bar tables, and a block wine rack/plasma television stand.
Additionally, the warehouse includes an executive office space with a very large executive table, as well as an Apple Mac mini with complimentary guest access. The living room features a large 55" LG plasma TV with a very powerful Samsung sound bar and subwoofer.
The kitchen features silverware, dishes, cooking utensils and appliances. This includes an electric cook top and a small oven, plus a bullet blender and a juice extractor. The property doesn’t feature a gym, but guests will have access to a dip machine and some free weights. Other features include a full closet and a simi large room (not in pictures), as well as a full bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower*.

When I travel I usually am very spontaneous and a go with the flow kinda guy. I enjoy new ventures and if something sounds interesting and fun I will go for it. I have no preference whether traveling alone or with friends, I am very much an ambivert and enjoy group activities as much as time to myself.

This industrial park is very safe and overall pretty quiet. However, it is an industrial area so if you are looking for complete silence, this is not the place to get it. From our experience, it is not noisy with any kind of frequency. One of the nicest things about staying in this area is that the crime rate is extremely low. About The Area:
This industrial park is very safe and overall pretty quiet. However, it is an industrial area so if you are looking for complete silence, this is not the place to get it. From our experience, it is not noisy with any kind of frequency. One of the nicest things about staying in this area is that the crime rate is extremely low. We have been here for over a year and never had a crime problem, nor have we ever heard of a crime problem around here.
This property is centrally located to provide easy access to everything valley wide—including the I-17, 101 and 51 highways. Downtown phoenix is less than 15 minutes away, midtown is less than 10, Tempe is about 20, and Old Town Scottsdale is about 25. Several grocery stores, shopping centers and malls are very close to the property.
