Just getting to the last week of our third February at this wonderful home.

We have had such a great month here again. So many memories with family and friends. The location is perfect. A short stroll to the beach or pool. Restaurants within walking distance, or better yet ride bike. There are 2 bikes included with the home. We bring our own and put on a lot of miles. The island offers lots of activities from markets to art galleries and of course all the water sports you could want. We spend time on the beautiful beach every day and usually see dolphins and mullet off the shore. And the sunset is a nightly tradition, no two are alike! The rental is very comfortable and we'll maintained. The beds are awesome and we love the screen porch. The owners live nearby and have met our every need. Can't wait for next year already!

Perfect!!

We just spent a week at this location - the house was great, very well kept with all the accessories you need. Location is super convenient to both the beach as well as centrally located near all restaurants/shopping etc. The owner was fantastic to work with - very responsive and just a very nice person. Highly recommend it - A+!!

House was perfect for our family's Spring Break week. Margaret was wonderful to work with and made the reservation, check in and check out easy. The location is perfect and close to the beach. We enjoyed the screened deck and enjoyed many meals there throughout the week. The house was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equiped for cooking meals. We hope to come again soon.

Wonderful home away from home

We stayed the month of February 2018. The house is wonderful. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the Florida Room is great. We took all our meals there. The wifi worked perfectly as did the AC. Margaret is a wonderful hostess and made our stay flawless. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the gorgeousness white sand beach. Everything you need is also nearby from restaurants to groceries, shopping, drugstores, and all the treats you could want, from ice cream to donuts. We biked everywhere we went and hardly started our car at all. That reminds me, did I mention the fully enclosed double garage? You just don't find that on this island. We will definitely be back!

Perfect family getaway

This rental definitely has more of a home feel than a hotel. The trolley stop and beach access are less than a block away. The walk to the community pool is beautiful over a couple of wooden walkways / bridges (kids loved this!) Plenty to do and eat nearby. If you bring the kids (or not) please visit the donut experiment..so fun! We enjoyed a week stay and plan on returning!
