We really enjoyed the Queen Ann Suite...Turks and Caicos is stunning and staying at the Royal West Indies resort in this lovely suite was wonderful. It had all the amenities we needed and the kitchen was fully stocked for use; the beach toys and snorkel gear left for guest use was very thoughtful. The booking and check-in process were seamless; Ann was such a hospitable host. Her property manager was very nice and helpful; and the housekeeper was lovely and left the suite immaculate after her mid-week visit. We'd be thrilled to return one day to Turks and Caicos and stay in the Queen Ann Suite again!
The Queen Ann suite was exactly as described and very deserving of all the rave reviews. The owners were responsive and provided great information on the area and things to do. The house manager, Anna, was fantastic and replied immediately with a small problem we had (couldn't open the safe). The resort is wonderful and in a quiet but very accessible area. We did a ton of swimming and walking to the nearby market for groceries. The kitchen is well appointed and everything was in good working order. Thank you Fred and Ann for your comfortable home! It was a great spot for our first visit to TCI and we'll definitely be back.
Always beautiful in Turks and Caicos and Anne and Fred’s place is in a great complex. Everything online is as stated. This was our 5th visit to the island and 2nd stay in the Queen Anne condo. He owners supply everything you need to make your vacation lovely. It is especially nice that your condo is cleaned intermittently during your stay. The condo is a short walk to the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. Each trip is a delight.
Amazing! Clean, updated, ground floor. Everything you need! My friends stayed in same resort and were jealous we got this condo. Super comfy bed, all updated. My teenager slept on pull out sofa bed and said it was very comfy. I will be booking this condo again. The resort is very nice. I drove and looked at many other resorts and this one is very nice! Very easy to deal with owners.
This was my 7th time in Turks & Caicos...2nd time in the Queen Ann Suite. I wish it hadn't taken me so long, staying at other places, before I found Ann & Fred! I stayed for 1 month this time. Royal West Indies (RWI)...beautiful landscape, well maintained pools and hot tub, delicious restaurant & FUN bar area, helpful beach guys, & comfortable accommodations. The Queen Ann Suite is a large 1 bedroom condo on the ground floor of the 2nd bldg. This building is angled so that one can view the horizon from the patio. I should've counted the exact number of steps from the suite to the water's edge but I can tell you it's about a 1 minute walk. The best part is that your beach bags and gear can be tossed onto the patio instead of having to carry it thru the condo (which is what you would have to do if you stay on the 2nd/3rd floors. Plus, there are NO elevators. Thus, the ground floor in the 2nd building is the place to be...close to the beach, the main pool and the restaurant/bar. Additionally, parking your rental car in the public lot next to the restaurant lessens the steps back & forth when going out to explore. Ann & Fred have gone above and beyond to make sure their condo is in perfect working order, and is well stocked with all the things you might need to make your stay more comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is incredibly comfortable & the sofa sleeper is the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on (my family & friends who visited said the same)! The maid, Joy, is the best, as is her husband, Atol, the property manager...let them know if you need anything. MY Favorites: Floating in the turquoise water in front of RWI Grace Bay Car Rental...bec the fee they quote covers everything! Restaurants: Pelican Bay (at RWI)...go for the WED evening all you can eat BBQ...delicious & a great deal Bella Luna for pizza (take out & sit on the beach back at RWI to watch the sunset) Cocovan (next to Coco Bistro) Ocean Club East & Ocean Club West---both restaurants overlook the beach & are a very short walk from RWI BEACH ACTIVITIES snorkel boat: Island Vibes Take special care to be friendly with the beach guys: Eddie, Russell, Francois, & Virgilus...they will take good care of you! ...your best bet is to go with Marvelous Max who walks the beach every day...
