We purchased this property in 2006 and have had it on a rental program until August 2012. We just love the property and decided to rent it ourselves, because we can add some personal touches that we know our guests will enjoy and give them a value they could not find anywhere in Pigeon Forge. Clean, comfortable and spacious condo

The condo was spotless with many nice touches, from supersoft bath towels to a soft blanket on the couch. Nice big patio overlooks the golf course. Super location for Dollywood. We had a rainy day and appreciated that the pool was indoors. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo!

We had a great time celebrating my mother's 90th birthday in the lovely Pigeon Forge area. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The views are beautiful and the complex is in a great location. Michelle was awesome to deal with when planning our stay. The condo was even decorated for Christmas. We will definitely stay here again. The Coggins
