About the Property
Our condo is located on beautiful South Padre Island (Gulf side). The unit is on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Built in 2007, the condo features granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and flat screen TV’s and ceramic tile throughout. We have free WI-FI and free laundry in the unit. All walls have been painted in 2014.

Our condo is located on beautiful South Padre Island (Gulf side). The unit is on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with new mattresses in 2013 & 2014. The master BR has a queen bed. The second BR has 2 twins and the 3rd BR has a bunk with a full size lower mattress and a single upper.
The full size kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans and dishes and a dishwasher. We are family friendly with a pack-n-play and highchair.
You will feel right at home in our condo.
A gated swimming pool is located behind the building. The pool area has a picnic table and built in charcoal grill. The pool area also has a table and 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges. External showers are available to wash off the sand when you return from the beach. The beach is just 800 steps from the condominium. Shopping and great dining are within easy walking distance.
Check in time is 3 p.m.
Check out time is 11 a.m.

My wife and I purchased our condo in 2008. We have made it our home away from home. We enjoy the condo when we can.

Why This Property?
Several trips to the area convinced us that this was a very attractive area to vacation and walk on the beach. We also found the weather to be very pleasant. There are many great restaurants and the people are friendly. You can walk to the beach or many restaurants. You can ride the free 'METRO' shuttle anywhere on the island and cross the causeway to Port Isabel. The 'METRO' also has a connector
