There is an elevator and off street parking (1 car). Two Bedroom and Two Bath provide just enough space for a family fun filled vacation. The condo is located on the 4th floor of the Summer Sands, overlooking the heated pool, with a view of the ocean. Combination living/kitchen. Sleeps 7. Down the steps and 50 feet to the beach and the Ocean. In season parking off street for one car. On street parking is available close by and metered parking right out front. Sleeper Sofa in Living Room in addition to a futon in the Master Bedroom. Bike racks are available on premises for use during your stay. Two Heated Pools, Multiple sunning decks and 6 gas grills located on property. On site property management to welcome you and assist in your vacation planning. Just a short drive to many attractions including Boardwalk, Restaurants, mini golf, Duffers ice cream Restaurant, Wineries, Dolphin watching/Boating/Ferry, Cape May and Zoo just to name a few. Can walk to several restaurants, beautiful sunsets at the Sunset Lake Park.

Glenn & I work long and busy hours and were interested in a place "down the shore" for quite a while before we found our lovely condo in Summer Sands. We always loved vacations in Wildwood Crest & really wanted a relaxing location to getaway from the busy city. We were quite excited to find something so nice, directly on the beach with two heated pools, many amenities and walking distance to rest

Glenn & I work long and busy hours and were interested in a place "down the shore" for quite a while before we found our lovely condo in Summer Sands. We always loved vacations in Wildwood Crest & really wanted a relaxing location to getaway from the busy city. We were quite excited to find something so nice, directly on the beach with two heated pools, many amenities and walking distance to restaurants with a trolley ride to boardwalk and short drive to so many attractions. Some of the things we like to do when visiting are the wineries, zoo, Cape May historic tours, Washington Crossing Mall & Boardwalk of Course!
We rent bikes & sometimes Surreys at Leaming & Ocean Aves behind the Wild Ocean Surf Shop (there's parking right there: very easy) and ride them on the boardwalk shop, get breakfast, go from one end to the other then go back to condo and hit the beach. It's a must to stop in the pool before going back up to condo (there are showers to get the sand off), a quick hop in pool for relaxation (if one pool is crowded, there's a smaller pool in front). After a busy day of fun, it's just a short ride to the grocery store for some BBQ fixings (and maybe a liquor store for some wine) or a shower, nap and out for a nice family dinner! Although we rent our property, we certainly find time to enjoy some of the spring, summer, fall and winter seasons and activities surrounding the Summer Sands Condo Unit #403!!
Why This Property?
We chose the Summer Sands after a long search because of it's location both on the beach and to many attractions. We were searching for a property that was opened year round and just love the beauty of the beach and walking on the beach at sunrise. We walk to the Coastguard area and there is a wildlife bird watching trail there which is also nice to see.

There has been a fruit cart vendor that comes in the morning for years now, ice cream trucks stop by periodically during the day, and just across the street is a small bistro in the Motel if you just want a nice breakfast or lunch and don't feel like cooking, walking or driving. With a kitchen, our condo offers the flexibility to cook or grill on our 6 BBQ grills in the common area, order out or go out for a night on the town. This property is conveniently located between the North Wildwood and Historic Cape May.
Whether you have a lifetime of fond childhood memories or this is your first time visiting Wildwood beaches, there is just so much to see and do, you will certainly create new cherished memories of this beautiful vacation destination.
