Welcome to our Surfside Beach house, “A Dream Come True” (Twin) located at 115B (right side) N. 7th Avenue.

Welcome to our Surfside Beach house, “A Dream Come True” (Twin) located at 115B (right side) N. 7th Avenue.
We think it will be a place for your summer vacation dreams to come true. This house is young (purchased new Fall '09), spacious (2200 sq ft). Features include 9’ ceilings, four bedrooms each with a full bath, and a modern kitchen with granite counters, utensils, pots/pans. Ceiling fans throughout the house. Parking under the house.
It is the second house up from Ocean Blvd and beach access is directly across the street. Watch the video and you will see how close we are to the beach. Seven blocks south is the Pier with restaurants and shopping....an easy walk.
We think the layout of the house is perfect for family’s with a Master bedroom on the first floor and on the second floor is a second Master bedroom, bunk bed room (2 bunk beds), and a bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom comes with a 32” LCD TV. The house comes with washer and dryer with a separate AC unit on each floor.
If lounging is preferred, a private pool is in back with six foot privacy fence. On ground level is a picnic table and barbecue area. In the first floor living area is a sofa/love seat combo with 52” LCD TV or surf the Internet via WIFI. Departure cleaning is included. Linens are not included but, can be added for an additional fee.

Why This Property?
First, we always wanted our own beach house. During many visits to Myrtle Beach area, we kept being drawn to Surfside Beach due to its proximity to Myrtle Beach to the north, golfing, shopping, restaurant's, etc. The fact that Surfside isn't lined with condo towers was an attraction for us along with the family orientated community. It became the perfect beach spot for us.
