The dining area has a 54x54 table that seats eight along with a bar that seats four. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, full bath, walk-in closet, and direct access to the back deck. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds, dressers, closets, and flat screen TV's. The condo is cable and Wi-Fi ready. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils along with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other appliances. The condo also has a full size washer and dryer. An outdoor electric grill is included on the deck. Walk directly from the back deck to the lake to swim, fish, relax or enjoy the condo pool!

Why This Property?
This is our personal condo that we began renting in July 2015! We love the convenience of walking off the back deck down to the water's edge to swim, fish, or just read a book and relax. We also can bring our Wave Runners right up to shore. Having a restaurant next door for dinner and drinks is so convenient! We often set out on their deck overlooking the lake!
