The whole interior of this condo has been freshly painted with bright, beach-y colors…from the moment you walk in the door you will know that your vacation has begun!
This 2 BR/2 BA condo is spacious (1289 square feet) so you'll have room to spread out & relax.
Perfect for 2 couples of a small family (sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults & up to 4 kids.) There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Additionally the condo has two full bathrooms. The master bathroom even has a jacuzzi tub.
Spacious balcony with seating, dining table and a million $$ view of the emerald waters of the Gulf. Very often while relaxing on the balcony you can see dolphins swimming by and pelicans diving for their breakfast.
Our building has a private swimming pool, which is heated in the winter. You'll also enjoy a private beach as a guest of Dune Pointe. Included in your reservation is beach service - 2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella set up on the beach each morning and reserved just for you. (Mar 1 - Oct 31)

Why This Property?
We chose this property because of its location on the small, less-congested Okaloosa Island. We love that Dune Pointe is a small, low-density building (with just 20 units) which means more room on the private beach for owners and guests.

The real reason we were drawn to this unit was the million $$ views of the beach and the Gulf from the balcony of our unit! Just like our CO mountain condo on the lake, we knew we could change everything about the condo except its location and view! Just like our CO mountain condo on the lake, we knew we could change everything about the condo except its location and view! We love relaxing on the balcony watching the dolphins play in the surf of the turquoise waters and listening to the sounds of the waves washing upon the sugar white sands on the beach!
