About Ruth

My husband & I moved to Arizona from the Midwest (Naperville, IL) in 2001 to avoid the winter weather. We live in Fountain Hills and own 3 vacation rentals. Dennis is local Realtor and I am an Interior Designer. We love meeting new guests from all over the world.

Why This Property?

This location is perfect for the convenience of walking to Cafe's, Shops, etc. but quiet and peaceful. We loved the open floor plan and remodeled to make it beautiful and comfortable.

This isn't a condo with noisy neighbors above or below. You'll think you are in a single family home and enjoy your privacy. Only 4 of these patio homes in complex. Minimum rental 1 month in off season 3 month min in high season

This was the nicest rental we have found. Everything was clean and comfortable. The TV service with DVR provided us with great entertainment late at night and during the day the weather was wonderful for sitting on the patio or walking around in town. The neighbors were friendly and the complex was lovely. We enjoyed the 2 recliners and beds were great too! Kitchen had everything we wanted for preparing meals here.

Stayed for a month already while we search for a permanent home. We will be staying for another month at least. Quiet, clean and comfortable place. The complex is very nice and conveniently located.

This townhouse had everything needed for our stay. It was so quiet and well equipped for longer term couples. It was a nice place to recuperate from an illness. The pool and spa are a nice bonus.

We visited family in town and stayed here. It is so spacious we had the family reunion here. Everyone enjoyed the pool and patio but the inside was impressive. Lots of light and very quiet.
