Double rooms with ceiling fan and bathrooms. Shared kitchen on the ground floor. Easy access, close to various dining and relaxing options. We are a foreign couple living in Sri Lanka for a decade with two kids and have been travelling around here a lot, so any kind of questions will be welcome and we do our best to answer them. It's quiet area easily reached from busy downtown and having the charming Mount-Lavinia beach with pubs and restaurants accessible in 5-7 minutes by threeweel is a great bonus. Great local food available on the nearby streets until 10PM. Mount-Lavinia train station and bus routes are in a reach of 6-8 minutes travel by three-wheel. Time to reach the CMB Airport is 1.30h during the day and less than 1h after 10PM.
