Purchased in 1939 by my grand parents (something regarding a poker game) Turned over to my parents in the 70's. We were one of the first to see the live/work apartments in the Downtown.

Purchased in 1939 by my grand parents (something regarding a poker game) Turned over to my parents in the 70's. We were one of the first to see the live/work apartments in the Downtown.
Gardenia has watched the small city of West Palm Beach grow up around her.
She has always been Commercial downstairs and flipped back and forth upstairs.
This was the Dentist office, Doctors office and a large printing company back in the day.
In resent years the upstairs has become residential with: 3 Studio and 4 one bedroom Condo's fully furnished from color and a 55 inch on the wall to Tempurpedic beds and full kitchens.
Location, Location, Location rings out in our reviews. We are walking distance to anything going on downtown: from the Meyer outside amphitheater, walk up Clematis st. (old downtown), over to City place (new downtown) sit down for a show inside the Kravits center and across the street to the Convention Center.
Not to mention the Shopping, Dinning, Movies, Bowling, Church, Groceries or Nightlife you just walked past.
Downtown offers a free trolley service, bicycle rentals and other ways of seeing our City.
PBIA is 10 minutes from the door.
20 minute drive and your playing golf on the Champions course, Baseball with the pros,
Fishing either salt or freshwater, tour the Island or stroll Worth Avenue with the rich and famous.
Miles of accessible beaches grab your beach chair, towel and sun screen.
