I have always been interested in historic neighborhoods and buildings. Fells Point is Baltimore's oldest neighborhood, with numerous historic commercial and residential properties. When I purchased the house in 1978, the waterfront area was just beginning to become popular with "urban homesteaders". I completely gutted and rebuilt the property. Over the years, it has been used as my residence, my office, a long term rental property, and now a short term rental.
Unique Benefits
The house has been whimsically decorated, with many vintage beer, wine and liquor posters and artifacts, plus a unique wine cork wall. This is in keeping with the vibe of Fells Point, where there are over 100 bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.
