The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.

Deposit Requirements
Cash AU$300 security deposit on arrival - or any equivalent currency as we just put in an envelope and return prior to departure provided no other than normal wear and tear. Normal = a broken dish - Abnormal = a Greek party where you smash all the dishes LOL
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
We work with you to minimize loss to us both. On rare last minute cancellations we try to rent the villa out for you and if successful are happy to refund or apply to a future booking.
House Rules
All Indonesian Laws must be followed.
No drug use - Indonesia has VERY harsh penalties for drug use - so DON'T :)

About Elizabeth
I am a retired Australian grandmother living in Bali Indonesia - right around the corner from my properties - so you get instant attention should you need it. I also breed Standard and Toy Poodles, Labradoodles and Pomapoos. Many guests join the tribe for beach walks or bring their children over to my villa to play with my amazing pooches. Family oriented.
