About James Lengel
Kathi and Jim Lengel own Cedar Cove Cottage. Kathi is a recovering school principal. Jim is a retired college professor. They live in Vermont at Crossett Hill Lodge for most of the winter. In the summer, they sail on their yawl Top Cat from Rhode Island, and supervise Cedar Cove Cottage.
Why This Property?
We are sailors, and our grandchildren love the water. This cottage is easy to get to, close to stores and restaurants, and on a quiet salt-water cove with plenty of wildlife.
