The Conger Island has a private five stall pier for multiple watercraft and additional lounging pier to take in the picturesque scenery surrounding the island. A private, gated mainland entrance welcomes guests with parking for numerous cars and/or trailers, and complimentary boats; two canoes, a rowboat and two kayaks, are provided for guest use. If boating or snowmobiling is what you are looking for, this private Island is directly off the snowmobile trail system and is surrounded by 28 lakes offering water sports activities for all ages.
The Conger Island introduces you to luxury for all of your guests including a beautiful screened in porch, hidden doorways for children to explore, the resident chipmunks that love to eat out of your hand and two laundry facilities for your convenience. Inside, guests feel right at home with multiple flat screen televisions, a full bar, granite countertops and wireless internet. Cancellations and Changes. Reservations may be cancelled or modified by notifying The Conger Collection, Inc. in writing at least 60 calendar days prior to your arrival date (“Cancellation Period”). In such instances, the full amount of your total rental rate will be refunded, less a 15% cancellation fee and any applicable additional fees. Any refunds for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period has expired may be pursued through CSA Travel Protection and are subject to their policies, conditions and restrictions. If you do not choose to purchase CSA Travel Protection, you will negate your ability to pursue a refund of any kind as no refunds will be provided for cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Refunds through The Conger Collection, Inc. are not given for cancellations for any reason including weather, travel delays, illness or death. There are no refunds for early departures. Should the Owner of any property elect to remove their property from our rental program, maintenance issues, or other issues that may render the accommodations unsuitable for rental, the Guest shall not hold The Conger Collection, Inc. or CBS liable. In such an instance, the Guest will be relocated to comparable accommodations determined by The Conger Collection, Inc. If comparable accommodations are not available, the Guest will receive a full refund. In no event will The Conger Collection, Inc. or CBS be responsible for any direct or indirect costs, expenses, fees or other consequential damages resulting from the unavailability of a specific accommodation.

The Conger Island must be the nicest property in Vilas County. When you see it there is definitely a wow factor. Your own island compound. High end furnishings, Kitchen with every pot and pan you'll need, more than one master suite and a truly one of a kind floor plan. Rent it. It's worth it.

The Conger Island is absolutely the ultimate in vacations of a lifetime. This property is one of a kind with beautiful views overlooking Catfish Lake. Enjoy your day with swimming, fishing off the pier or a pontoon ride on the beautiful Eagle River Chain of Lakes. In the evening enjoy the fire pit and the pristine sunsets. The interior of the home is gorgeous with its high end furnishings and beautiful woodwork throughout. Also with the different levels everyone can enjoy their own privacy. The entire island has been designed and planned for what was the best vacation we've ever been on in both winter and summer.

Great fishing, on the snowmobile trail, comfy beds, distinct amenities and all the bells and whistles. Wonderful property, surrounded by water and nature. A truly, unique, northwoods experience!
