Our family really enjoyed your home, the stand alone hot tub was great and the pool was nice and warm. The location near the club house was convenient. this home has the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. We always enjoy the Windsor Palms. The only things I would say that could use improvement are 2 of the bedroom tv's are really small and the refrigerator was a little small for a family of seven, but it was no big deal. The house is well decorated and a great place to stay. I would Highly recommend it. We will check on our next trip to see if it's available, we would love to stay there again. Thank you so very much for allowing us to enjoy your home! My family had a great time. Terri, thank you for being so personable. The pool was actually a perfect size for the grand kids. And I love that it had an alarm. The house was very welcoming. We did walk to the club house (which was pretty neat itself) but the kids enjoyed being at "our pool". We spent a full day at Sea World and Friday night Mid Evil Times. Everything was close by. We will definitely be staying again. THANK YOU!! First im going to start off with Terri. She was so wonderful to work with. She help me through the whole process and always answered all my questions. As for the house, it was absolutely beautiful! I got even more than what i expected from the pictures. The house was really cleaned and well maintained. Everything in the house worked. From the pool to the kitchen, i basically felt like i was home. It was also in a great neighborhood, you felt safe at night walking around. The house was also located in such a great place, it was in the middle of everything, wasn't very difficult to get anywhere (theme parks/restaurants/grocery/shopping). I honestly never wanted to leave! You won't be disappointed staying here, and this house won't see the last of me because i will definitely be coming back! Upon entering the gated community, we found the Villa was lovely and clean with all the mod cons as expected. The WiFi worked well and the heated pool was lovely and warm. Perfect location for all the Disney parks (5-10 mins) and for Universal (25 mins). We called the maintenance person once for the pool heating and it was sorted within the morning. Highly recommended. We will be back! :-)

I am so grateful and pleased that my family and I were able to utilize this home at Windsor Palms. It was a joy to have the space and materials along with the pool provided for our use. From day 1, anything that we needed, was there in the home from silverware and plates, pots and pans, to pool toys. The fact that this home had its own pool was definite a plus and it was just the right depth for my young children. The house was definitely kept up and cleaned to perfection prior to our arrival and we were given all the information that we needed to gain access. My only regret is that we waited until the last day to utilize the clubhouse . It was pretty great too. This home provided so much for our family, including baby necessities and extra towels and everything. The owners even peovided us with suggestions for eating and shopping. I enjoyed this place so much I am rambling on and on about it. I hate that our stay has come to an end. I would definitely suggest this place for anyone that is looking for a vacation rental. If we visit Florida again next summer, this will definitely be my first choice for a place to stay. My Response Wow!
