Our modern lakefront house, Beach House Osoyoos, puts your group on the water’s edge at the Cottages on Osoyoos Lake resort. No more lugging beach toys and snacks to the shore, just take a couple of steps off of your patio and feel the sand between your toes.
Stay in one of only 4 cottages right on the beach at the spectacular Cottages on Osoyoos Lake resort. Whether inside or outside you will have unobstructed views of Canada's warmest lake. Natural light floods the main floor through the 2 storey, south facing, wall of windows overlooking the lake.
The outdoor screened in veranda/porch provides shade allowing you to be outside day or night, enjoying the gentle breezes blowing through. The perfect place to dine al fresco with meals prepared in your well-equipped gourmet kitchen. Sun worshippers will appreciate the large patio with loungers.
Kayaks, multiple inflatables and beach toys, stored in our garage, are free for your use. Splash in the heated outdoor pools or hot tubs, just a few minutes walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds to the Clubhouse.
Little ones will love the 2 playgrounds – 1 on the beach and the other in the meadow near the Clubhouse. Ping pong, air hockey table and a fitness room are also at the Clubhouse.
Master bedroom with ensuite: located on the main floor overlooking the lake with your own private patio. King sized pillow top bed with duvet. Ensuite has separate tub and shower.
Second Bedroom: located on the second floor overlooking the lake and with an entrance to the second-floor bathroom directly from the room. King size pillow top bed with duvet.
Third bedroom: located on the second floor overlooking the lake. One queen sized pillow top bed with duvet and a separate twin bunk bed.
Loft: located on the second floor. Pull-out sofa bed in a quiet area overlooking the great room and lake with a TV.
Kitchen: views of the lake. Caesarstone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Well equipped with all the gadgets you will need to prepare gourmet meals.
Dining area: table with seating for six with an additional three stools at the kitchen island.
Great room: wall of windows overlooking the lake with a fireplace, 2 storey vaulted ceiling, smart TV (basic cable plus movies, lifestyle and news add-ons), Blu-ray player, bluetooth speaker and comfortable seating for 9.
Laundry: washer and dryer so that you can pack light.
Outside: 400 square foot sunny patio and 145 square foot airy, screened porch/veranda with dining table for meals al fresco. Quiet nook off of the master bedroom with bistro set. All with unobstructed lakefront views.
Beach goodies: three kayaks, bike, badminton racquets, balls, sand toys and beach towels.

Why This Property?
We fell in love with Osoyoos on our first visit in 2013. We visited three times that year and on one of those visits we followed the Osoyoos Cottage's giant chairs to the development. While we were captivated by their plan and the few show homes they had, we weren’t yet ready to purchase. Fast forward four years and several visits later and we now are fortunate to have a cottage of our own.
