Location. Location. Location! We really love that our Villa is in the last unit in Evian. The location is very quiet and private and makes the Evian unit the closest to the beach. It is also a short five-minute walk to the Evian complex including a pool, pond, and six tennis courts. It is also a short five-minute walk to the Evian complex including a pool, pond, and six tennis courts. We appreciate that our Villa is an end unit and has a large, private, covered deck with a golf/lagoon view as opposed to a small patio with no privacy where we could see our neighbors. We also enjoy that our villa is easily accessible with all rooms on the first floor; there are no stairs to lug golf clubs, groceries, or luggage!
