The pool area has plenty of seating and propane grills are located underneath a gazebo to shade you from the hot summer sun. The front desk is manned 24/7 by a friendly staff. There are two interior elevators and plenty of free parking on the north and south sides of the building.
The condo is spacious at 950 sq. feet with oceanfront views from the living and dining areas. Two 11-foot sliding doors go out to a 24-foot oceanfront balcony. The South bedroom overlooks the Gulf and you can stare at the Gulf water while standing at the kitchen sink.
The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave and ice maker. Also included is a starter kit of paper plates, cups, towels and toilet paper.
Linens/towels are provided for up to four people. There is a queen, full and automatic queen size air mattress. Simply plug in.
The condo has a delightful decor in soft toned colors with a seahorse theme. There are many upgrades and updates.

Stayed in this condo for Spring Break and had a great time. The beach was just across the street which was super convenient. It's also located right down the street from Pleasure Pier, and the kids had a blast there! A block away from Walmart which was super handy for grocery runs/beach toys. Location really was amazing, close to many restaurants. The condo itself was great, decorated nicely, plenty of room, and very well stocked which we appreciated. The building itself is pretty old. They are redoing the stairs right by the condo but they didn't work on it too early or late, so it didn't disturb us. The staff in the lobby told us about it and apologized for the updating. They were really friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and the girls enjoyed that one afternoon too. The people that live there at the condos were all so kind...rode the elevator with several of them and they were all very friendly. Overall, we had a great trip. Minimal contact with the owner, Cat, but everything was super smooth and she gave great instructions and tips/info. Thanks for a great experience!
