About Kenneth
We fell in love with Maui and The Mahana many years ago when we went with our children. We are now Grandparents and still love going to Maui. We decided to buy at The Mahana in 2003 and have owned 3 condos there. We only have the Penthouse Studio now.
Why This Property?
We are only about 350 steps to the beach and we have a lovely back yard with the pool and lake. Our home is fully equipped because it is where we spend halo of the year.

We loved it - so re- booked during our stay!

Left on Jan 7, 2014 for a stay in Apr 2013 We have now stayed twice at this vacation house and loved it both times. Ken, the owner makes it so easy to book and is a real pleasure to deal with. Booking direct with the owner means that the prices are kept low - it's exceptional value for money. The house is really close to the beach - (you can see the beach access path from the front of the house) which makes it easy and gives an appetite to get your feet sandy every day. The furnishings are lovely and there is everything provided to make your stay complete, with 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The view over the spring lake at the back is great and means that you are not overlooked. Thank you Ken, we are so glad we chose your place to stay.

Comfortable and Cozy

We (family with 2 adult children) stayed there over christmas 2013. The house is so comfortable and cozy, that we' ve felt us like at home. The furnishing and fittings are of a very good quality. You can see the beach access from the house and you can hear the sea at night (and only this!). In anna Maria and Holmes Beach are some quite good restaurants. In Holmes Beach is a great supermarket. We've used everytime the car, but the distances are for bicycles too. A beautiful place and a lovely house for relaxing and beaching (and fishing)!

This is my second time to visit, and had a wonderful time. The house is very nice and clean! Mr. Green is very kind and as before, communication was great. We definitely intend to return next year!!
