  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Deposits refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival.
Saturday-Saturday stays are preferred, we may make some exceptions.

We first visited Marco Island in mid 2014 and loved the relaxed environment and the beautiful beaches. We love Marco Island it never feels too crowded We had always wanted to own a beachfront getaway to escape the cold northeast winters and decided this is where we wanted to buy one. Why This Property?
This unit was completely remodeled after we purchased in 2015. Everything is new. Also largest 2 BR in Somerset with additional sleeping area in closed off den.
Unique Benefits
We have rented condos and homes through owners ourselves many times, so I feel we know what renters are looking for in a property. We have updated everything and try to make it feel comfortable and like home to our guests.
