Built in 2014 Sunset Place offers over 2000 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and two full baths. Built in 2014 Sunset Place offers over 2000 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and two full baths. Situated on the eastern shore of Otis Reservoir, Sunset Place allows for spectacular unobstructed views of the sunset from the comfort of your easy chair, Special features include granite kitchen counters and vanities, hardwood, and tile. Upstairs and downstairs full baths feature double sinks and spacious showers. Separate family and living rooms both with waterfront views. There are two refrigerators, multiple flat screen TVs connected to internet powered TV. Central heat and central air, washer and dryer, and lots of games for young and old. Otis Reservoir is the largest recreational body of water in Western Mass that allows power boating. We have 105 feet of lake frontage allowing for panoramic views. It sleeps up to 6 guests. Just 20 - 30 minutes to 4 ski areas, (Blandford, Butternut, Otis Ridge, and Maple Corner.) Also nearby are the Lee Premium Outlets, Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Norman Rockwell Museum, . You are just a few steps from the lake for cross country skiing or skating, 5 minutes to "downtown Eat Otis" with 2 gas stations, 2 general stores, and multiple dining options. There is a private dock which you can use to dock your boat or Jet Ski. There is ample parking for up to 3 cars. Upper and lower decks with see through glass balusters. Massive 24 foot by 12 foot upper deck; the 24 foot by 12 foot lower deck is covered. We have a rope swing and plenty of flat areas in the back yard to set up volleyball or bat mitten nets.

• Do retract the Sunsetter awning before you leave the premises.
• Do put all trash and recycling into the two 45 gallon garbage cans provided in the gray shed on the side of the garage. The town is very strict about their trash and recycling program and charges us extra if their rules aren’t followed. Trash must be sorted as follows: Bottles and cans in one trash can. Everything else but cardboard in the other trash can. Cardboard should be placed separately into the storage shed behind the trash cans. If trash isn’t sorted, there may be a $50 charge to your damage deposit. Additional 50 gallon trash bags are on the floor in the storage shed. If you fill up the existing trash bins and you have a few days left, please let us know so we can remove it.
• Do use the ½ Fantastic and ½ water solution under the kitchen sink to clean the granite counter tops.
• Do use two hands to raise/lower the shades.
• Do wear life jackets when going in or near the water.
• Don’t leave the Sunsetter awning extended when it’s windy it costs over $3,000 to replace.
• Don’t allow anyone to climb on THE OWNER’s personal property, such as boats, trailers, or boat lifts.
• Don’t put hot pots or pans directly on the granite counters.
• Don’t put bleach down the sinks or toilet as this could interfere with the operation of the septic.
• Don’t flush large items such as tampons down the toilets as they may cause problems with the septic system.
• Don’t tamper with the internet or security system & cameras.
• Don’t leave trash outside as this could attract unwelcome visitors. Please put all trash/recycling into the garbage cans provided in the gray shed on the side of the garage.
• Don’t use any harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges or materials to clean the granite countertops.
• Don’t use liquid soap or cleansers on the bathroom co
