Chamil J. Herons view was a true oasis for us who wanted a getaway from the busy city. There are so many things good to write. Booking process was super convenient with Pat, instructions were clear and, with fast response. We were given complimentary early check in and late check out which was very generous. House is well organized clean quiet and well equipped. Every morning it was so pleasant to wake up with birds sound by the lake. House was located in a picturesque location and it was so relaxing to watch birds which was just what we needed. Short drive away is the ocean city and all the fun but since we visited in an off season many activities were not available but if u wanna be in a less crowded beach this is the time to be. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! • 5 of 5 This is my second visit to Herons View and it gets better each time I visit. The place is clean, comfy, peaceful, great amenities, wonderful location, and well in a word just perfect! The owners provide everything you need to know about the rental to things to see and do in the area. They are wonderful to work with and are a fountain of information. The community is well maintained, manicured and quite. During the summer months they have two wonderful swimming pools. If you are looking for a stress free low key vacation I can not think of a better place to stay then Herons View in Mallard Lakes on Fenwick Island. I have already booked for my 2016 summer vacation. • 5 of 5 My overall experience with this rental was fantastic. Pat is very easy to deal with and the pricing is unbeatable. The house is in perfect condition and centrally located in the community. Myself along with friends stayed here for a golf weekend and could not have picked a better place. It is located close enough to all the major golf courses, which was exactly what we needed. • 5 of 5 The house was nice and clean, a little bit dated but ok. The a/c can only be set as low as 78 so the kids'room is a little bit hot at night. Very nice community which is one of the reason I choose this house, the other is the price. There are 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, playgounnd and fishing pier. The distance to Fenwick island is about 5-7 minutes. 30-40 minutes drive to the south tip of Ocean city. The central a/c is completely programmable by our guests - we do ask that you set it no lower than 76 which, with the ceiling fans, should keep everyone nice and cool, but feel free to lower it even more if you like - we like to keep our guests happy & comfortable! Yes, our location is 1 of our guests favorite features - close to the excitement of Rehoboth & Ocean City, but nice and peaceful in Mallard Lakes - the best of both worlds!
