Why This Property?
The location is what we were attracted to when we saw the flat as we had lived in this street years ago and knew what a gem it was. The private terrace off the living room sold it for us as we know what a luxury it is to have any outdoor space in central London and air conditioning in the living area is a welcomed special extra on warm days (and very unusual in a Period London flat).
