Very wonderful town, Cape Coral is right next to both beaches towards , Fort Myers and also Sanibel Island, the neighborhood was quiet! Cape Coral Beach about 10 min. drive and the Boathouse Restaurant on the Beach was great! The town was also filled with little shops and local restaurants which you can reach within a few minutes. Kitchen had everything we needed! It was an amazing stay I can't wait to come back !

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in diesem wunderschön eingerichteten Haus! Nach einigen anderen Aufenthalten in Bonita war dieses das Beste. Die Lage ist optimal, nur wenige Minuten zu Bonita Beach. Der Pool und Garten war sehr Private und wir haben es sehr genossen. Shopping Malls innerhalb 10 Minuten erreichbar, sowie Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Spent an idyllic week at Villa Thalassa

Everything went to planupon our arrival and the owners had prepared for us well. We were really pleased with how clean and new it was and how well equipped. It was a real treat to get Nespresso coffee for breakfast and the ice machine was a winner for our evening G&Ts on the terrace watching the sunset. Pool area is gorgeous and we could barely force ourselves to leave to investigate the local area. Although I then had to be dragged away from the local Shopping excitement! Wifi is a nice touch to use web to search info on local goings on and to send pics of our fun in the sun to the Folks back home!! A week was not enough and we will definitely use this as our base again to do further exploring!

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in der Villa und sicher auch nicht zum letzten Mal. Allein die Ankunft wurde schon zum Erlebnis, durch eine tolle Beleuchtung und unglaublich liebevolle Dekoration. Ausstattung und Lage der Villa sind genau wie beschrieben und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist absolut genial, wir sind begeistert mit welcher Herzlichkeit wir betreut wurden. Positiv ist in jeden Falle auch die Lage der Villa. Sehr schnell erreicht man die wichtigsten Spots wie Einkaufen und beste Restaurants, wie zB der Mexikaner nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Außerdem hatten wir ein Boot gemietet, mit dem wir unglaublich schnell an den Golf angebunden waren. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und wie schon erwähnt, wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir in der Villa Thalassa verbringen durften

Wir verbrachten mit unseren beiden Kids (11, 13) zwei fantastische Ferienwochen in der Villa Thalassa. Das Haus ist in einer schönen Wohngegend, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schlicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. In der Garage gibt es 2 Fahrräder um die Nachbarschaft zu erkunden und einen Tischtennistisch. Die Pool Area ist fantastisch, unsere Kids waren manchmal kaum mehr aus dem Wasser zu bringen. Die Lage ist top für alles mögliche. Schnell ist man in einem Super, in den Outlets, an wunderschönen Stränden, in Restaurants etc. Wir können die Villa bestens empfehlen und kommen selber hoffentlich bald sehr gerne wieder

Our Villa Thalassa in Cape Coral is the ideal location for relaxation. Guests can enjoy breakfast at sunrise by the pool. Do you want to go out with a boat, within 80 seconds you will reach the River. The most beautiful beaches easily accessible by car or boat. On the way you may see dolphins following your boat and playing with the family in the waves. Great location for easy access to everything! In the winter you may even see a manatee in the river or canal. A small shopping spree in hot or wet weather also boosts your mood in the Sunshine State. In the afternoon and evening you can relax by the pool, enjoy your favorite cocktail and fresh seafood on the grill. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets!

FOR BOAT LOVERS
The villa is situated in a prime location for boat lovers with direct access to the open waters. From there you can easily reach after a short ride on the intercoastal waterway, the dream islands like: Sanibel Island, Captiva, North Captiva, Bonita Beach, Gasparilla Island and Marco Island. Even a sunset on the Gulf of Mexico is a very special experience. Dolphins will accompany you on your daily trips.

A boat license is not required in Florida. You only need to be 21 years old and have a valid driving license. FOR FAMILIES:
Villa Thalassa offers a vacation with the whole family! While the kids enjoy the pool, watching the animals in the canal you can read a book in peace, drink a glass of wine or enjoy a freshly grilled steak. Need time for more adventure and action? Just visit the famous Sunsplash water park with giant water slides. Tampa and Orlando with the most famous and largest amusement parks such as Busch Gardens, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands Of Adventure with Harry Potter Land can be reached by car in approx. 2-3 hours. Shopping in the USA at many outlets in the area, including Abercrombie & Fitsch, Aeropostal, etc. is fun for the whole family and you get your money's worth!

FOR COUPLES:
You can make every day undisturbed freely according to their own wishes. One day you spend on endless beaches, from where you can watch dolphins at play. Some typical American restaurants invite you for a cocktail or romantic dinner. Shopping tours make the hearts of all the ladies (and men) usually melt fairly quickly. A glass of champagne, a cold beer by the water and a refreshing dip in the pool. Harmony and pure satisfaction.
