Our 1 bedroom 1 bath unit sits on the 5th floor directly overlooking the beach. Enjoy stunning views of sugar white sand and emerald waters from your private direct beach-front balcony. Your home away from home is designed to comfortably sleep 4 - a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the family room. The private, spacious balcony has plenty of seating for you and your family to enjoy morning coffee and evening dinners while watching the waves roll in and listening to the sounds of the ocean.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for cooking meals in with new stainless steel appliances. No need to worry about laundry when you get home, we have a washer and dryer for your use. The family room area provides the comfortable seating you need to feel relaxed and at home. You’ll be able to watch all of your favorite shows on our flat screen TV or feel free to pop in a DVD to enjoy for a cozy night in. We also offer free WiFi.
The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed. There is a full bathroom and all the bath towels you will need. You will also find plenty of closet and drawer space and a flat screen TV with dvd player in the bedroom.

From the 5th floor balcony you have an unobstructed view of the beautiful gulf waters and Perdido Pass, where you can watch the boats sail in and out.
