Clistivan is a breton longere (stone longhouse) beautifully converted to the highest specifications. 'Chene' and 'Hetre' are 2 comfortable and spacious beamed cottages. They can be interconnected for joint bookings -great for 2 families on holiday together but wanting a bit of privacy. A warm welcome is offered by the resident owners. The propery is placed on the brow of a hill, with beautiful panoramic views. You can admire the magnificent sunsets while having bar-be-ques during the long evenings (an extra hour of sunlight compared to GMT). It is a 5 minute drive from the local town of Baud where there are a good range of shops, supermarkets, a swimming pool, cinema, and restaurants. We have been in France for 14 years and know the area very well. We're married with one son who is studying music at university in Tours. We teach English to French business people and specialise in 'Immersions' where a person comes for a 5 day intensive course and speaks English 12 hours a day! We've joined lots of clubs in the local area: Andrew plays tennis, Lyndsey does theatre, and we've bo
