If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date, all monies paid will be refunded, less $
50.00 Service charge. For cancellations that are associated to an impending hurricane, a
few days out, prior to your arrival date, you must re-schedule your vacation dates; then
all monies paid will be applied toward your new reservation. The new reservation dates
must be used within a 12 month period from the onginal reservation dates depending
on our availability.

Check-In time is 4pm. Check-out time is 10am. Please do not ask to make exceptions
since these times allow our housekeeping department to professionally clean your home.
We would be disappointed, as certainly would you, if your vacation started in a less than
clean unit.
Pre Authorization Form.
Please be advised that prior to your arrival, you will be required to fill out a form and
return to us that gives us permission for a $ 250.00 Pre-authorization as a security
deposit for any incidentals or property damage during your stay. The Authorization will
be released within 7-30 days from the date of your departure by your Bank. if there are no issues, Like Missing Items, Broken Items.

My Wife and I bought this Property from the beginning. We wanted to create a place where people could come and enjoy a clean and spacious 2nd home. We wanted a home so that when our family's came down to visit all the attractions , it was close by to every thing, food. Disney. You name it , it is close. Customer service is always a must. Also worked for Disney Cruise Line at Port Canaveral, checking in guests.
Why This Property?
We knew this property was very close to Disneys Animal Kingdom and Lodge. It was within walking distance to the major resturants without driving. It was so Quiet and yet 5 minute walk out of the resort there were all the shops and stores, resturants. Perfect Location. Big enough for Family's getting together
