Get ready to fall in love with Cozy Lodge. It is nestled in the forest of Lake Arrowhead Woods. It's the perfect destination at any season. The winter brings enough snowfall that you can participate in various snow activities, or just sit inside the lodge and watch it fall while you cozy up in the warmth of a fire. Spring brings out the lovely daffodils and dogwood tree flowers scattered throughout the woods. Fall is crisp weather for hiking and walks with breathtaking view of tree foliage. Enjoy the lodge for either a romantic weekend getaway or bring the kids for an extended family vacation. Whatever time of year you choose to visit, you will surely enjoy the many variations of things to do/or not do all year long at the Cozy Lodge in Lake Arrowhead.
Lodge is two levels. From the driveway, there are approximately 24 steps leading to the entrance of the Lodge. Entry floor level opens up to a newly remodeled kitchen with a Brand New top of the line Bosch dishwasher, microwave, & full size washer and dryer. Entry level has a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and full bathroom next do it. Bedroom on the entry level is great if any guest has a problem with stairway to upper level. This bedroom does not have a TV. The fireplace in living room is gas operated. Knotty pine walls adorn the main floor.
We have just installed new dual pane storm windows throughout the house. They are great. Keep the cold out in the winter, and heat out in the summer. There are ceiling fans throughout the home. Kitchen is equipped with many amenities that make you feel like you're at home. Newly installed top of the line Bosch dishwasher.
There is a front deck with seating area with 8 chairs and small table to enjoy the view of the woods. A back yard enclosed area has a large bbq, propane fire ring with seating area to enjoy with conversation after a day of exploring the woods. The lodge is a short walk (just short of a mile) from the Arrowhead Village, Burnt Mill Beach, shops, restaurants, and the Arrowhead Resort and Spa. Lodge has a sneak peak view of the lake.
Burnt Mill Beach Club is an private beach but you will be provided a Beach Pass to enter and enjoy the amenities of the sandy beach. The Beach pass is good for 6 people per pass (includes babies & toddlers) and I provide 2 passes
Beginning April 1, 2016 we will provide our guests use of our personal kayaks to use on the private lake. There will be a small rental fee that you may choose to include for the use of kayaks during your stay. Renting the kayaks is optional. The Lake is a private lake and only allows members with a Beach Pass Card to use the lake. There are no rental facilities in Lake Arrowhead for kayaks. There are 2 single person kayaks for use. They are located at Tavern Bay dock along side our boat. You will be given a key to the gate of the dock to unlock the kayaks for your use. They are 9', 6" kayaks and restricted for use within the inside of the buoys. Kayaks 13 ft or longer only are permitted out of the buoys line. You may kayak the entire lake inside the buoy line. If you choose to rent the kayaks, I will email you a Waiver and Release of Liability for your signature before your arrival date.

This property is a rustic lodge type home. It sits high above the street level that enables the guests to sit on the deck and look at the tree tops that the forest offers. The use of our propane fire pit ring on the back patio is great for the gathering of your group for conversations of your events of the day.
