4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. No under-age Drinking, STRICT NO PARTY POLICY ~ PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Do not book this property if you are planning a party. It will cost 100% of your security deposit. Excessive noise at any time is never tolerated by the neighbours nor the Municipality and a reason for immediate eviction with no refund of nightly rate or security deposit. All guests must be named, approved on the rental agreement as well as paid. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Parties or gatherings of additional unapproved visitors for any length of time are not allowed at any time. We have a no tolerance policy for excessive noise and parties and will retain the guest security deposit in full if these policies are violated.

Great stay at the property. The rental was clean and well-maintained.Good location for walking to places. Owner is very helpful and involved in making sure your stay is successful. Everything you could want for your home away from home.Enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean which was very relaxing.
