Why This Property?
After over twenty years visiting Siesta Key we bought this unit to enjoy as our home away from home and rent it out the rest of the year. We are familiar with many of the rental units on the island and we chose to buy this unit for its size, views, quietness, terrific on-site management and maintenance. After over twenty years visiting Siesta Key we bought this unit to enjoy as our home away from home and rent it out the rest of the year. We are familiar with many of the rental units on the island and we chose to buy this unit for its size, views, quietness, terrific on-site management and maintenance. It is a 4th floor end unit with elevator access and lovely views over a lagoon and also across to the Gulf. A few minutes walk takes you to the best beach in the USA or the local shopping and restaurants. A free trolley takes you to Siesta Village for even more bars and restaurants. We spent the first two years upgrading the whole place with tile floors, a walk in shower and a remodeled kitchen with all new appliances. We live here a couple of months a year ourselves so we want it kept up to our standards and our guests really appreciate the difference.

You can ask us, the owners, anything you like, we are happy to answer any questions and when we are all agreed then you pay directly, not to us but to our on-site management office, so there is no need to worry about being scammed. The office will look after all your questions and solve any maintenance problems as they arise. The only thing you have to worry about is the home made salty caramel ice cream from the store across the road. It is habit forming, I can vouch for that!
