If reservation is cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival date, all funds paid will be returned less a $75 cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrive, rental amount paid plus lodging tax will be forfeited. All other funds will be returned. If property is re-booked for cancelled time, collected amount will be refunded.
