Located right on the Big Boulder Mountain complex in the Poconos in Lake Harmony, PA. Sleeps 8. This charming townhouse features newly installed air conditioning, Wifi, and 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 with cable tv's and queen beds, 1 with 2 twin beds and a balcony. 2 full baths, one with a Japanese Soaking Tub & shower to ease your muscles after a day of swimming or skiing, the other has a tub/shower and double sinks. Sitting atop the wood burning fireplace in the living room is a 32" flat screen cable tv with DVD player. Sleeper sofa. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster oven/toaster, coffee-maker, blender/food processor, mixer, etc. Washer/Dryer. There is even a tv in the loft bedroom. Although not connected to cable, it is perfect for playing your video games on. Ski closet right outside the front door. .In the In the summer, membership in the Mountain Lake Club included. Boat rentals! Swimming Pools! Playground! tennis courts! Basketball! Bouncy play island in lake! Private beach right next to restaurant and tavern. Entertainment! Fishing! Outside storage closet on back deck for storage of your lake and swimming toys and inflatables. Partial Big Boulder Lake view from the front deck and master bedrooms. Back deck offers a nice place to kick back and relax. Gas grill and a small Charcoal grill included, new ceramic tile table, chairs, etc.Just a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Mountain where you can ski all day for free, then back to Big Boulder for night skiing, with the purchase of a Big Boulder ski pass. Boulder View Tavern & Restaurant on property for your convenience. Split Rock Resort is right next door, filled with every amenity you can think of...movie theater, restaurants, bars, nightly entertainment, pizza parlor, ice cream parlor, bowling, video games. Even an indoor water park! So just kick back and relax or party on at this great location.
