CHECK OUT & DAMAGE DEPOSIT
We have left a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We donโt ask our cleaning team to wash dishes, or move large items of furniture around, so request that you load and run the dishwasher and clear away all dirty dishes, and return all furniture to its original location. We donโt like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.
CHECK-OUT PROCESS
Youโve hopefully had a relaxing stay. Before you leave, we would appreciate it if you could do the following:
1. Please take a moment to sign our guest book.
2. Strip all used beds and place linens in the laundry room. Please start one load of laundry.
3. Tidy the kitchen and run the dishwasher with any final dirty plates, etc.
4. Take the garbage out to the can in the garage.
5. No need to clean the house but please try to leave everything tidy.
6. If you used them, sign out of your streaming accounts, Netflix, Pandora, etc. You will find instructions in the TV/DVD/BluRay section.
7. Leave the beach parking pass in the glass bowl, on the table by the front door. There will be a $35 replacement fee, held from your security deposit, if the pass is not left in the glass bowl.
8. Leave the garage door remote control in the glass bowl, on the table by the front door. There will be a $50 replacement fee, held from your security deposit, if the remote is not left in the glass bowl.
9. Close the patio umbrella.
10. Bring pool floats in to the garage.
11. Set the AC to 80F
12. Ensure all windows are closed and locked with the shades pulled.
13. Ensure all of the doors are locked when you leave.

6. Pool lights must be kept on at all times during night swimming.
7. Have a rescue device or floatie near the pool at all times.
8. Never go swimming alone.
9. No swimming while under the influence of alcohol.
10. Do not leave pool floats in the pool overnight.
Please water the plants on the pool deck. Be careful of the palms, they have thorns at the base of the stems.
We have garbage pick up, lawn & pool service.
OCCUPANCY, PEACEFUL AND QUIET USE OF PREMISES
The premises shall be used as a short-term vacation rental at Rainbow Springs Country Club, with no more than eight people on the premises at any time. The premises shall be used in a peaceful and quiet manner at all times. The premises shall not be used for any other purpose without the written consent of Owner.
LIGHT, NOISE AND ODORS
No light, noise or odor shall be permitted on or emanating from any home which causes an annoyance or nuisance to any other Lot or Owner. No noxious or offensive activity which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighbors or any other owner.
